County Rule Making and Regulatory Bodies

The counties are the next level of regulation. Counties implement and enforce land use laws and rules. They also play a profound role in influencing legislation on the local and state levels. As stated on the rural government page, your local CPO is an excellent source of information on what your county is up to regarding these issues.
