If a potential candidate would have the perceived authority to do harm to my livlihood, I would do all in my power to prevent that person from taking office.

NAIS is a clear violation of Constitutional rights, it should be opposed on all levels.

I think this would put an undo burden on small holder. Most of us are barely making it financialy as it is. The time entailed will be impossible to find. Most of us work a full time job off-farm for insurance and some security outside of our farm income. Diseases,eco-terrorism, BSE does not come from small holders.
This also enfringes on the personal freedoms that are our right as Americans. I will probably sell my purebred, heritage livestock and give up farming if this becomes mandatory
